火腿隊大谷翔平14日對橫濱DeNA先發，投7局失1分，他雖因右腳不適緊急退場，但火腿3比1擊敗DeNA，大谷翔平率先拿到第8勝，DeNA則是吞下10連敗，隊史自2008年以來第1次。
大谷翔平今天僅在3局上被石川雄洋、飛雄馬各敲1支安打，接著投出暴投，失1分，8局上場保送石川雄洋之後，因右腳不適退場，由谷元圭介、宮西尚生接連上場中繼，沒失分，保住勝果，最後增井浩俊救援成功（18救援）。
大谷翔平先發7局只被打出3支安打失1分，三振8次、保送1次，球速最快159公里，他是本季日職第1位贏得8勝的投手，防禦率也是夠水準的1.66。
火腿6局下由剛自讀賣巨人交換來的矢野謙次代打，轟出3分砲，一棒定江山。而火腿在交流賽戰績11勝1和5敗，確定第一，DeNA則是3勝1和14敗，不僅篤定最後，勝率0.176，創日職紀錄。
樂天則本昂大用105球完封9局，只被打出3支安打，三振7次、保送1次，終場樂天4比0擊敗中日，則本昂大贏得第4勝（5敗），洋砲Wily Mo Pena轟出雙響砲（本季第4轟及第5轟）。
另外，歐力士10比1勝阪神，最近4連勝，阪神4連敗，軟銀7比2勝廣島，羅德3比2勝讀賣巨人。
