中職聯盟昨召開領隊會議，其中提到幾項重大議題，包括1.各球團取消徵收娛樂稅、2.未來第5、6隊加盟需要加收權利金、3.世界12強三方會議下周召開，並討論未來中華隊總教練人選。

取消娛樂稅對中職球團來說，每年至少可減少1-300萬稅金，中職祕書長朱康震表示：「取消娛樂稅是由聯盟爭取，為26年來首次，自5月12日起各球團就可有此優惠，這對球團來說是好消息。」

昨日會中也決議，未來新球團加入需有權利金，價格則未定，不過2012年中職會長黃鎮台曾表示新球團加入不需權利金，只要常務理事會同意即可，恢復加收權利金做法是否會令想入主中職新企業卻步，尚需觀察。

中職史上曾有3支球隊繳過權利金，1993年，新球團俊國熊、時報鷹各繳4000萬元權利金，1997年和信鯨則繳了1億2000萬元權利金，後來加盟的誠泰太陽、第一金剛則沒有繳交。

此外，領隊會議也討論到年底12強賽相關事宜，朱康震說，下周體育署將會召集中職會長吳志揚、棒協理事長廖正井共同開會，決定中華隊總教練人選。

中信兄弟領隊楊培宏表示，12強中華隊總教練各隊已達成共識，需有國家隊、中職總教練經驗，但不便透露人選，據了解，現任中職統一獅隊首席教練郭泰源極有可能出線。

楊培宏也提到，目前中職有許多規章需要修改，例如洋將是否要有升降制度、讓渡制度，還有登錄天數都可馬上討論，甚至比第5隊是否產生更為重要，制度健全或許能吸引更多企業加入。
